The Circle Working Committee Meeting of our Union will be held at the P&T Recreation Club (IV Floor) O/o the Chief PMG Chennai-600002 on 22-01-2010 at 10.15 hours. It is, therefore requested to grant necessary Special Casual Leave to all the Office-bearers & CWC Members on 22-01-2010 so as to enable them to attend the CWC Meeting without fail.
It is further requested to grant permission to hold the CWC on 22-01-2010 at the P&T Recreation Club (IV Floor).
A copy of the Notice convening the CWC is also enclosed for reference and record.
