A meeting of the Circle Working Committee of All India Postal Administrative Offices Employees Union (Group C&D), Chennai-600002, will be held at the P&T Recreation Club(IV-Floor), O/o the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Circle ,Chennai-600002 on 18-12-2009 at 10.15 hours to transact the following items of Agenda:

1. Formation of Committees & Holding of All India Conference in Tamilnadu
2. Ratification of Accounts for the period from 1st July 2009 to 11th Sept. 2009
3. Organizational Review
4. Any other subjects with the permission of the Chair
5. Vote of thanks.

Sub: - Request for grant of Spl. CL and permission for holding CWC Meeting –reg.

The Circle Working Committee Meeting of our Union will be held at the P&T Recreation Club (IV Floor) O/o the Chief PMG Chennai-600002 on 18-12-2009 at 10.15 hours. It is, therefore requested to grant necessary Special Casual Leave to all the Office-bearers & CWC Members on 18-12-2009 so as to enable them to attend the CWC Meeting without fail.
It is further requested to grant permission to hold the CWC on 18-12-2009 at the P&T Recreation Club (IV Floor).
A copy of the Notice convening the CWC is also enclosed for reference and record.
